§ 72-138. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Department refers to the department of public works.

Director means the director of public works.

Premises means each lot, parcel of land, or building having a connection to the water supply system or the sewer system of the city, or is eligible for such a connection.
