§ 72-3. Abatement in equity.

Latest version.

Any continued violation after due notice is provided shall be deemed a public nuisance per se, and may be abated by suit in equity by the city in any court of competent jurisdiction. This remedy shall be in addition to any or all other remedies provided for herein.
