All streets must be paved to city specification with storm drainage approved by the city.

Street pavement width standards

Street Type	Pavement widths
Major streets	In accordance with standards and specifications established by the city engineer
Local streets	30 feet to 44 feet
Industrial and commercial service streets	30 feet to 44 feet
Multiple-family street	30 feet
Boulevard streets	Dual 22-foot pavements separated by a 20-foot island
Alleys	20 feet
Cul-de-sac streets:
a. Industrial	65 feet
b. Residential	50 feet
